My Story

I deal with a lot of words and make a lot of messes in the test kitchen! I’m a freelance writer, editor and recipe tester/creator as well a moonlighting pastry chef. Together, with Tambi Lane, I’ve collaborated on food writing/photography projects for various magazines and other publications. You can see our work in Bend Magazine, Savvy360 and The Source Weekly for example. We’ve also been a part of incredible cookbooks like “Cookin’ it With Kix” with country music superstar Kix Brooks, the “Cash and Carter Family Cookbook” with John Carter Cash and actress Alicia Witt’s “small CHANGES” plant-based cookbook among others.
